Experience Modification Ratings (EMR) is a tool to measure loss prevention over time. The lower a company's EMR the fewer workers compensation claims during the years of reporting, which indicates a better safety record. The industry average for general contractors is 1.0. Our current EMR rating is .88, well below the industry average. 

A dedication to the continuous improvement of our safety standards & practices has earned us a "Platnium level" safety award from ABC of Indiana.
